Blaine Maynor was born and raised in Bakersfield, CA. He moved to Arcata in 1991 to attend HSU, fell in love with the area and community, and never left. After living here for 30 years, receiving a great education, starting and raising a family, and growing his business, Blaine is grateful for the chance to give something back to this great community by serving on the AFD board.
