Community Risk Assessment and Standards of Cover Deployment Analysis Survey

MCKINLEYVILLE, CA - Arcata Fire Protection District (AFPD) is in the process of developing a Community Risk Assessment and Standards of Cover Deployment Analysis (CRA-SOC) to guide its efforts for the next five to ten years. AP Triton, LLC, a private consulting company specializing in public safety planning, has been contracted through a partnership between the Arcata Fire Protection District, City of Arcata, and Cal Poly Humboldt to facilitate the process.

As part of this process, AP Triton will be fielding an online Community Survey about the Arcata Fire Protection District throughout the month of September. Residents and businesses in the community are invited and encouraged to participate in this survey, which should only take about 20 minutes to complete. This confidential survey is designed to provide every community member with an opportunity to share opinions and ideas about several components of the district. This survey will be available until 5 p.m., Monday, September 30, 2024. The compiled results will be published in the final report by AP Triton.

The survey can be found here.

If you have any questions, please contact the Arcata Fire District at 707-825-2000.
